Chicken noodle soup is a must-have recipe during the colder months! It’s so easy to make and so delicious. In this video, I’m sharing with you my go-to chicken noodle soup recipe that will help kick the sniffles, or just to enjoy for no particular reason at all.

There are only 8 ingredients in this recipe. They are as follows:

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 16 oz Wide Egg Noodles
  • 64 oz Chicken Broth, low sodium
  • 2 cups Water
  • 8 Carrots, cut
  • 4 Celery stalks, cut
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

The directions for this meal couldn’t be simpler.

  1. Cut chicken into small cubes
  2. In large skillet, brown chicken until it is no longer pink
  3. Add chicken to large pot along with carrot, celery, cilantro, and broth
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the carrots begin to become tender
  5. Add egg noodles, water, and salt and pepper. Bring back to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until the egg noodles are done.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.
