These gluten free pancakes are one of the main things that caused me to feel like I could once again eat delightful food in the wake of being told by my PCP that I have Celiac Disease and now need to totally eat gluten free.

I concede, I was somewhat crushed, as a significant number of my favorite foods have wheat. In any case, in the wake of understanding it and doing a little research I understood that even though I cannot have wheat, there are still approaches to make elective delicious recipes of the foods that I love.

The Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ c.  Gluten Free Flour
  • ½ c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ c. Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Maple Syrup

Putting It Together

  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, then stir in milk and egg.
  • Spray skillet with cooking spray. Then over medium low heat add ½ c. of pancake mix. Cook until golden brown on top, flip and repeat.
  • Serve hot with Pure Maple Syrup, Coconut syrup. You can also top with fresh fruit or berries.
